Welcome to Shop 4 Heatons!
Shop 4 Heatons is a website dedicated to combining the best of local with the benefits of online shopping. All our stores are based in and around the Four Heatons in Stockport.
It’s really easy! Simply browse the products in the shop and add them to your basket. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click the basket icon in the top left and follow the instructions to enter your billing, shipping and payment details.
Yes you can! You can buy from multiple shops and make one single payment. We’ll then send your order to each shop for processing. Each shop will charge you their appropriate carriage and you’ll see the breakdown on the basket and Checkout pages.
Each shop only get’s the part of the order that that you place with the – they don’t get to see your whole order.
When you place an order on Shop 4 Heatons, we send your information to the relevant shop(s). but we only send the details then need to process the order and make contact with you if they need any information to process the order.
Your payment card details are not sent to the Shop. If you have opted to save your card details in your Shop 4 Heatons account, they are stored securely by Stripe, our payment processing partner. The team at Shop 4 Heatons do not have access to your payment card details.
If you require a refund from a particular store, please contact that store in the first instance. Each store has it’s own refund policy which is displayed on the store page, which you will find in the Store Directory.
If a Shop agrees to give you a refund, they will ask Shop 4 Heatons to process the refund back to your card. When we receive and accept the request, we may take up to 10 working days to process the refund.
